Courtney, LCSW Founder of Elevating Her LLC

About

Hi, I'm Courtney

I founded Elevating Her, LLC because I know firsthand what it feels like to hold everything together while quietly falling apart.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in both Maryland, a certified yoga teacher, and a mother, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to every client I work with. I'm also currently pursuing my certification in perinatal mental health because the season of motherhood deserves specialized, thoughtful care.

My approach blends therapy, coaching, and yoga into a whole-person experience. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you build something sustainable.

When I'm not in session, you'll find me on my yoga mat, hunting for the perfect flowers, building a new book nook, painting, exploring new restaurants, or reading something that makes me think differently.
