Introductory Private Yoga Session

Service Description
Private yoga sessions are a great way to grasp the basics of yoga, learn more about your body and work through any injuries or limitations one might be experiencing, and get tailored adjustments. When you register for the introductory session, we collect detailed information about your eating, sleep, exercise and leisure, and emotional and energetic habits via a lifestyle questionnaire. During the introductory session, you will complete a total body assessment that provides us with information about your strength, mobility, balance, posture, flexibility, range of motion and past and present injuries. Based upon the questionnaire and assessment, each session will be catered to the client’s needs and custom sequences will be created for clients to practice in between sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Event Registration: Registration is required as space is limited. Registration closes 1 day prior to the event starting. No Show/Late Cancellation Policy: We want all of our attendees to make it to their mat! In order to plan our classes to be their very best and to allow space for everyone who wants to take class, we provide a 24 hour cancellation window for our classes and private yoga sessions. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to class start time, or if you do not show up for your class reservation, you will forfeit the cost of the class or private yoga session.
